Need help deciding what sleepers to use for keepsakes?

To avoid the risk of some letters missing the pattern, it is best you choose material that is “busier”. Something with a large gaps of solid colour are more likely to miss being stitched and cannot be redone. 

How long will it take for my order to be completed?

Every item is custom and made to order. From shipping the materials & designing your custom piece, to completing the embroidery, it can take between 2-3 weeks. Please expect longer wait times leading up to holidays. 

Can I return my purchase?

Because every order is custom made, we cannot accept any returns. We always request approval on thread and send photos of the layout (if it is a keepsake) before we complete the final product. If there are any issues with your order, in terms of an obvious mistake such as size, colour or spelling error, please contact us right away and we would be happy to remake your order. 

How do I wash my items?

Please check the label on the sweater itself for washing instructions but it is best to either lay the sweater flat to dry or hang, to avoid any shrinking. If this is a concern for you, please size up.
